Without Ultimate Automation, you have to manually enter each customer into an autoresponder follow up system. Or you have to hire a CGI programmer to custom write a "piecemeal" system that goes into your CGI bin.

Then you're caught in the same old trap. When you rely on custom programming, you get locked into your web host because it's a huge ordeal to change.

If you have 5 products and want to have a custom follow up series when each product is bought, you have to pay for 5 autoresponders. That'll set you back 10 to 20 bucks a month each. So you've just spent $50-$100 a month.

And that doesn't include any follow ups to existing or potential reseller, special offers, sequences for banner ads, classified ads, your mailing list, ezine subscription, and so forth.

Now don't get me wrong, if you had to pay, it would hands down be worth the money. Following up with your customers over time is very powerful. But why flush money down the drain when you can keep it in your pocket?

One other thing, there are companies that give you an unlimited number of autoresponder sequences. But listen up: They limit you to 7-12 messages per sequence.

When a customer buys from you, you want to send follow ups a few days apart, then weekly, followed by every other week and finally monthly.

Anything else is sloppy marketing and leaves cash on the table. Something I'm not fond of and I don't imagine you are either! That means you're going to easily and quickly exceed the 7-12 message limit. And you'll end up paying even more fees.

Fees. Fees. Fees. They'll kill a business. The more monthly overhead you have, the less your chances of succeeding or the greater risk exposure to established businesses.

You can create as many autoresponders using Ultimate Automation as you wish. Each containing an unlimited number of follow up emails.

You also want to have training sequences that go out to the folks who sign up as resellers for your products. And you want another series for people who are considering becoming resellers for your product line.

If you have to manually input all those email addresses every day, I'll tell you right now what will happen to your follow up system -- 9 times out of 10, it will fall apart.
